  • 9/7 – officers responded to a theft in a parking lot on Hancock St.  
  • 9/30 – officers responded to a breaking and entering in progress on Hancock St. Suspect placed under arrest.

  • Folks have until 10/23 to make public comments on the project
  • There is a net gain of trees for the project 
  • Traffic studies/transportation impact assessment is part of this presentation. Of note, during peak times, the folks don’t expect a large increase in traffic. Expect an extra car every six minutes.

Trunk or Treat at St. Mary’s – October 30 @ 6p.m.

Come give the kids of St. Mary’s a fright to remember! Decorate your trunk and bring some candy for the costumed kiddos during Trick or Treat on the parking deck at St. Mary’s! 

Election Day – Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Voter registration deadline is October 28.  There are candidates for both District 3 and 4 At-Large Seats that you are able to vote for (so you get to vote for five individuals).  

Upcoming Red Line Closures (and Information Sessions)

Our time has come. The Ashmont Branch of the Red Line will be closed from October 14-29 as the MBTA takes 16 days to complete a surge of work along the Ashmont and Mattapan lines.
