Students complete projects in pipe and sheet metal, learn about career paths in the construction trades, and spend a day touring union training centers. The program is cost-free, and Breakfast, lunch, vouchers for work boots, and assistance with transportation is provided. The program is open to students who are rising sophomores or older, and students from both vocational schools and non-vocational schools are encouraged to apply.
